CNC Turning
Multi-axis lathes for tight-tolerance round and complex turned components, from prototype through full production runs. Bar-fed and chucked work, with repeatability held across the run rather than proven once on the first article.
Multi-Axis Mill-Turn Machining
Integrated turning and milling operations for complex components, fewer setups, and improved accuracy — delivering complete parts with less handling and fewer process steps. Every setup removed is a stack-up of error removed with it.
Advanced Milling
3, 4 & 5-axis CNC milling for complex geometries, housings, brackets, and precision features — delivering accurate, repeatable components from prototype through production. Prismatic work and the features turning alone can't reach.
CMM Inspection & Metrology
In-house precision metrology and first-article inspection with documented, traceable reports for complete confidence in every component. Inspection sits inside the shop, not downstream of it — problems get caught at the machine, not at your dock.
